The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated in a contemporary style. They are such a good size with a small balcony so you don't feel like you are staying in a claustrophobic hotel. The location is gorgeous, towards the City, making it ideal for access to Southbank parklands and very close to Brisbane City. The service was exceptional, with staff who were polite and helpful at all times, ensuring all our stuff was securely packed on the trolley and always welcoming with a smile. However, the dining experience was disappointing due to limited options and high prices. There were noisy chatter and a lack of view from the dining area. Despite that, the hotel has a great choice of restaurants nearby in the CBD Cafe downstairs. Also, there were some negative comments about the dining service. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything at Southbank, and close to lifts. The hotel is a convenient choice for business in the city and for exploring the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and arts precinct.
The hotel is stylish and very comfortable, perfect for a traveling business person. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean, but may not suit couples seeking a romantic getaway. The bar proximity may not appeal to everyone.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, but we did find some hairs on the bed; however, the view was lovely and the room spacious. The location was perfect for attending a show at QPAC, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was outstanding, with made-to-order items and a great buffet. The service from the valet parking staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay!
I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable with a lovely view to the south-west side of Brisbane, providing a fantastic sunset experience before heading to the Rooftop party. The staff warned us about the renovations and noise, and overall, they were some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever met. The location was perfect for accessing public transport and restaurants, but the early morning door noise was a bit bothersome. The dining experience was a bit pricey, but the Italian products were top-notch.
